Damn those bus drivers! "That's funny" doesn't really seem like an appropriate response, but I did get a much needed chuckle out of this. I also got to wondering what happened to my person. I've been going back and forth between 'eaten by sharks' and 'got directions from Google Maps.'
Larry- No worries. Nothing bad has happened concerning "Red Beard", but since school is ending in a few weeks, I'm starting to distance myself a little. We still joke around in the morning, but if nothing happens between us, I won't be upset. Truly. If it's meant to be, God will make it happen. Thanks for being there for me, WT!

I'm relieved to hear that nothing bad has happened, Julie. As you say, if it's meant to be, it will happen in its own way. I just hate to see you possibly get upset or depressed. But I'm glad you're OK, otherwise. You know that I've got your back, WT.
Just a thought - - any chance you could maybe meet up with him for a lunch, or do you only see him around during the mornings?

ReplyDeleteAs for asking him for lunch, you know how shy and traditional I am. I just can't bring myself to be the aggressor in this situation.
Oh, he did notice that I colored my hair. He looked at me this afternoon and said, "Your hair looks brighter today".
I understand, Julie, and I wouldn't want you to feel uncomfortable....hey, kudos to him for noticing your hair! That can only be a good thing!
