Thank you to President Obama and the brave men and women of the U.S. military for ridding the world of this evil man. May all the soldiers who lost their lives protecting our country and its rights during this nine and a half year long conflict never be forgotten. May all those who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks finally rest in peace, and may their families be granted a sense of closure and justice.

Amen to that, Julie. Probably the best possible news any of us have received in a long while. The fight against terrorism will continue, but the world does indeed feel just a little bit safer today. As an American, you sure can be proud of your country!
