Theo Epstein formally introduced as Cubs' president of baseball operations
Here's hoping that Mr. Epstein can help the Cubs shake that "103 years without a World Series championship" monkey off their backs. Is it too much to ask that I get the chance to see my beloved team win a championship before I die?
A great move by the Cubs, in my opinion. Epstein is a proven winner with two World Series titles in Boston, and the Red Sox have been consistently strong during his tenure there. I think he'll do great things in Chicago. Rumor has it he's also interested in Blue Jay's manager ( and a former employee of the Red Sox) John Farrell.
